WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT THE BAZAAR:

  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

If you can help, please contact Margaret Maxwell
            at the above e-mail address.

  • CRAFTERS NEEDED

Do you possess a unique crafting skill?
We are looking for talented crafters to create
and donate their wonderful hand-made items
            to our Crafts table.

  • TREASURE COVE DONATIONS

Just the place to donate your new and gently used
treasures - the Treasure Cove. You may be done with
those items you had stacked in the garage, but you just
may have that one special treasure someone is looking
            for.

  • BOOK NOOK DONATIONS

Don't have an interest in reading that best seller
again? Once is not enough - donate your book(s) to
the Book Nook and save a tree. Re-reads are great for
            the environment!

  • JEWELRY DONATIONS

Is your jewelry box starting to look like a Tiffany's
display case? Want to make room for new baubles?
The Jewelry table is the perfect solution. Donate your
             unwanted "bling" here.

  • SILENT AUCTION/RAFFLE DONATIONS

We are seeking items for the Silent Auction and items
for Raffle. New or gently used items appreciated.
We are especially in search of a vacation home that someone
is willing to make available for a week or long weekend.
Remember, the more valuable the item, the more we
             make!

  • VENDORS NEEDED

If you are interested in hosting vendor space, or know
someone that might be, contact Margart Maxwell (see above).

  • GINGERBREAD BAKERY

Could you be the next "Cake Boss?" The Sodality is looking
for bakers to create and donate their yummy baked goods
to the Gingerbread Bakery at the Bazaar.
Cakes, pies, cookies, brownies whatever your specialty!

To ensure the freshness of items, baked good donations
are best made the day before or the day of the Bazaar

  • MONETARY/FOOD DONATIONS

Monetary donations and food store gift cards gladly
accepted and greatly appreciated.  A more detailed list
            will be available soon!
